Each morning, if we don't get the fish from our local waters the owner gets up early to head up to the Bronx to Fulton Fish Market, hand-pick everything that we are going to feature that day. We bring the fish whole, to ensure their freshness, and cuts it all ourselves, the reason is simple “ We take a lot of pride in our business, and we like to offer to our customers only the best, that is what keeps them coming back, if the product is not fresh enough for us to take home and prepare, then we will not going to sell it."
